Teen & Youth Therapy
Meeting young people where they are
Supporting young people is at the heart of what we do. We pair your teen with a therapist whose warmth and style actually land with them, so they feel safe enough to open up and do the real work. And because Safe Space can see the whole family — individual, couples, family, and group therapy — your teen never has to heal in isolation.
This can help with
- Anxiety, depression, and big feelings
- Identity and self-esteem
- Friendships and family
- School stress and ADHD
- Coming out and gender
Do you offer therapy for teens and children?
Yes — supporting tweens, teens, and their families is at the heart of Safe Space SLC. We pair your teen with a therapist whose warmth and style actually land with young people.
How do I know if my teen needs therapy?
Watch for lasting changes in mood, withdrawal, shifts in sleep or appetite, slipping grades, or any talk of self-harm. If several show up for more than a couple of weeks, reach out — a consultation is a low-pressure first step.
