Skylar Gamble, LCSW
Therapist
I earned my Master's in Social Work from Utah State University in 2021 and have been working in the mental health field since 2016. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based techniques — CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care — and tailoring them to each client's unique needs. I specialize in supporting young adults who are chronically ill, neurodivergent, and/or LGBTQIA+, and the very real struggles that come with these identities. If you're looking to better understand yourself and your patterns, process complex emotions, deepen your self-awareness, and tap into your inherent resilience, I would love to work with you. My philosophy centers on creating a non-judgmental space that encourages curiosity, personal growth, and self-determination, where you feel heard, seen, and cared for.
